Refund policy

Every Funkar PK piece is hand embroidered, so we inspect each order before dispatch. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

Exchanges

• You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags intact.
• To start an exchange, DM us on Instagram @funkarpk or use the contact form on funkarpk.com with your order number.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are settled as an exchange. The Rs 300 confirmation advance is refunded only if Funkar PK cancels your order.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos, and we will send a free replacement.
